We strive to provide high quality products and service to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.
If there is a problem with your order, we may offer a refund, store credit or a replacement depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or not in good faith.
If we have sent the wrong product, we will pay for the return and send out the correct product immediately.
If the product is faulty upon arrival, we will pay for the return and either replace, refund or offer store credit.
If the pedal becomes faulty within six months of purchase, we may offer a refund, repair, replace or offer store credit. You will have to return the faulty pedal for inspection first. If the pedal looks like it has been damaged or misused, we may refuse any refund or replacement.
If you simply don’t like the product you can return it at your expense for store credit, we will issue you a voucher for the same value. Providing that the item is still in sellable condition and there is no damage to the product. There will also be deduction of our initial postage costs of £5 from the refund total. Please note: Anyone who continually returns pedals may be refused any kind of refund. Return must be within two weeks of ordering.
If you receive a refund, please note that it may take up to five business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
If you have placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, we may offer a refund or store credit. Please double-check your order before submitting it.

We offer free UK shipping and use Royal Mail 48 which is tracked and insured. We also use FedEx and sometimes Evri when posting some of our NU-X products.
Please allow 2-5 working days for postage although on some occasions it may take longer. Refer to the tracking number provided for updates.
If your parcel gets lost, we have to wait for 10 working days before we can make a claim. Once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost, we can offer a refund or a replacement.
We will give the courier your phone number or email so they can send you an update on your parcel.
Please note: The tracking number we provide will only become active once it has been collected and scanned by the courier.
For international shipping, we use Royal Mail International service which is tracked and insured. The parcel is only insured while it is in the UK. Once it has been scanned in the destination country, it becomes the responsibility of your nations postal service and we can no longer be responsible for the parcel.
